Most peoole have had exposure to people with malignant cancer and have seen the devastating effect the diseases can have. New roads and traffic authority laws introduced into NSW in July means it is illegal to drive a vehicle with an animal on board whereby the animal may prevent the driver from having proper control of the vehicle. Essentially this means that it is important to have your animal properly restrained within a car and this is common sense when taking into account the safety and well-being of your pet.

Harry Wawn is a particularly cute member of the Ku-Ring-Gai Veterinary Hospital family. An eight year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, it’s not hard for Harry to win hearts – but on the 22nd of September, we nearly lost this little man to a paralysis tick.
